Return & Refund Policy for Shop Custom Apparel & Signs

Thank you for shopping with us at shoponmainstreet.com. We want you to be delighted with your purchase, and our return and refund policy is designed to be fair and easy to understand. If you have questions about your order, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us at orders@shoponmainstreet.com.

Non-Custom (Standard) Items

If you purchased a non-custom item and it isn’t quite right, we accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition you received it — unworn, unused, and with original tags still attached.
  • Please include all packaging and accessories.
  • Please include a way to identify your return such as a packing slip, order confirmation, etc.
  • Shipping costs paid at checkout are non-refundable. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

To start a return, contact our team with your order number and reason for return, and we’ll walk you through the process. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method for the purchase price of the item (excluding any original shipping fees).

Custom & Personalized Items

Because custom items are made specifically for you and go through an approval process before production, all sales of custom products are final. Custom orders are reviewed and confirmed with you before printing, so we do not accept returns or issue refunds for change-of-mind on these items.

If a custom item arrives with a manufacturing defect or error that was not approved in the proof stage, please contact us immediately so we can work with you on a resolution.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible so we can address the issue. Provide photos and your order details, and we’ll help you determine the best next steps, whether that’s a replacement or a refund.

How to Initiate a Return

To request a return or report an issue:

  1. Email us at orders@shoponmainstreet.com with your order number.
  2. Include photos of the item and a brief explanation of the problem or reason for return.
  3. Our team will reply promptly with instructions.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and approved, refunds will be issued back to the original payment method. Please allow a few business days for processing, plus any additional time your bank or card issuer may require for the funds to appear.
